Our country house - before few years gasthouse, is situatedin the green part of village Idrsko. Idrsko is small village in the valley of beautiful river So?a. The situation of our house and the tourist rooms is in very quite part and the end of Idrsko, near the mountain torrent Drganjš?k,which flow out to So?a near 300m lpwer. Idrsko is situated 2 km East from
historical town of Kobarid - terible known from the 1st WAR. We are near 500 m from river So?a. River So?a is one of the most beautiful alpine rivers. It surfaces as an impressive karst spring in the Trenta, inside Triglav National Park in the Julian Alps. River So?a flows south, passing the towns of Bovec, Kobarid, Tolmin and Nova Gorica. After 137 km, it discharges into the Adriatic Sea as river Isonzo in Italy. Along the river,climatic conditions change from harsh alpine to submediterranean, creating a picturesque region of high biodiversity. The incompparable turquoise waters crowned the river as the Emerald Queen of Alps.
