We rent our very particular Casa delle Conchiglie on the sea in Capo Coda Cavallo, in San Teodoro, in the exclusive Le Farfalle residence, with direct access to the Cala Suaraccia beach, (sandy beach very suitable for children...) where it is possible also rent small boats and book snorkeling and underwater visits guided by professionals from the Sub Dive Center Aquarius to visit this wonderful marine park on the islands of Tavolara and Molara. In the residence there is also a club house with bar, simple games for children, tennis courts and a swimming pool, all available free of charge to guests. The house consists of a living room kitchen complete with every comfort for cooking, including a dishwasher, washing machine, induction glass-ceramic hob, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave, 1 water kettle, espresso coffee machine, moka, LCD TV corner SAT with Dolby DVD, from a turquoise double bedroom with blue bathroom. From a coral double bedroom with pink bathroom, with adjoining small sitting room with LCD SAT TV and DVD and sofa bed with 2 more beds, for a total of 6 comfortable beds; large and covered veranda with barbecue surrounded by greenery; solarium terrace with breathtaking views of the islands of Tavolara and Molara and the gulf; small terrace overlooking the sea; private garden with pitch equipped for solarium, shower and direct access to the Cala Suaraccia beach where there are also 1 umbrella and max 4 reserved sunbeds included in the rate from 1 June to 30 September. After each departure, total cleaning and restoration is carried out by a professional cleaning company with products with high disinfectant power that guarantee maximum hygiene. The house is air conditioned in all rooms and has UNLIMITED WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS.
