It is 5 km from Lake Bohinj and 10 km from the Vogel ski resort. There is a bicycle path nearby that leads to Lake Bohinj and Bohinjska Bistrica.

There are 8 apartments and 1 room in the house. Apartment Rožle, Apartment Ožbej and Apartment Lisc are completely renovated and air-conditioned, the others are partially renovated. All apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. All units have a private bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy mountain and garden views from all units. A garden, barbecue facilities and free parking are available on site. Pets are welcome.

The surrounding area offers opportunities for active leisure time throughout the year. The location is an ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of Bohinj, Triglav National Park and its surroundings. It offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, paragliding and water sports, and in winter for skiing, skating and cross-country skiing. A free Ski Bus is available to guests to the ski resorts and villages around Bohinj.
