Breakfast, attentive to satisfy the tastes of all palates, with local products and those from our countryside, is a pleasant moment of sharing and a great wake-up call. Breakfast will be buffet style with 0 km products, fresh seasonal fruit from our trees, and homemade cakes and biscuits.

The 5 rooms are synonymous with comfort and great style, with the availability of chromo-aroma therapy showers and massaging jets.
Each room is unique and has its own personality.

The bathrooms are equipped with aroma-therapy and emotional showers, aromatised with the scent of lavender, produced and processed by us.

The presence of the bike/pedestrian path that starts from the facility and follows the course of the USO river, arriving directly to the sea, gives guests the possibility to explore the surrounding area. Indeed, combining sports and hiking they can visit the nearest places: on the one hand the seaside resort of Bellaria Igea Marina and on the other the remains of a Roman bridge in San Vito. Moreover, there are beautiful villages and famous provinces to discover within easy reach like San Leo, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Longiano, Gradara and the independent State San Marino.

The products of our countryside are processed to provide pleasant wellbeing for your body and mind.
From the distillation of Lavender we obtain hydrolytic with which we aromatise your shower during your stay; breathing in the fragrant notes also provides physical and mental benefits.
We also cultivate the Bulgarian Damask Rose, known for its use in cosmetics for skin health and beauty, for its astringent and healing properties. We also obtain perfumed water and oil by distillation.
Our company also deals with the preparation of oleolites, through the collection of certain perfumed and beneficial essences.
