Description
This is a magnificent historical building dating back to 1300: it has been renovated several times over the centuries, adapting to the functions and needs of the owners who have succeeded each other. The last renovation took place in 2014 after Piera Dunoyer and their son Philippe Pennacchioli decided to continue an activity already carried out in 1571 (Casa Ospitaliera on the Via Francigena), or to offer the best welcome to travelers and travelers!
During the renovation phase all the latest eco-technologies have been applied to safeguard the environment we care about, including a 10 kW photovoltaic system, an internal coat to avoid heat loss, latest generation windows, etc.
In addition, we carry out separate collection and serve our breakfasts along with local products at km 0. We like to think that even our guests are attentive to the environment that surrounds us, and are happy to follow the rules of a "green", avoiding to leave the lights on when you are out of the room, do not open the windows when the heating is on and avoid wasting tap water if we are not able to have a more resourceful and cleaner world!

Please note that the reservation of the apartment is only guaranteed when the deposit of € 300 (free of charge for the recipient) has been transferred. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation:
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the consumer protection code.
For cancellations up to 31 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained for confirmation.
For cancellations from 30 days before the start of the holiday, the entire booking time of the apartment will be charged.
