Our house in Seltschach has 2 bedrooms, making it an ideal holiday home for a family of up to 7 people. The living room has a large dining table where all people can dine and a cozy wood stove to make it cozy, especially in winter. At the front is a carport that extends to the front door.You enter the house in the hall that is adjacent to the toilet and laundry room. Through the hall you get on the ground floor, with tiled floor with underfloor heating, also access to the living room with open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge-freezer. On the other side of the house is the living room with a corner sofa and a television. Through the patio doors you walk onto the covered terrace with wood storage and the side garden with picnic table, an outdoor barrelsauna, (stone) barbecue and a view of the mountains.
2nd floor: Via a special staircase on the landing you gain access to the 2nd floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor are less suitable for people with walking difficulties, but for children this is an adventure!
In short, a lovely villa with lots of comfort and fully equipped!
