On 50 m² you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and dressing that is accessible from two sides, a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining and living room with dining table, sofa and sofa bed, coffee table and floor cushions for cozy aperitifs.
In the bathroom you will find a spacious shower, of course a sink with mirror, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Large windows let plenty of light into the loft, and shutters are available if required.
You can have meals on the terrace overlooking olive trees and a small chicken yard (no rooster).
Straddling the Minervois and the PNR of Haut Languedoc, Assignan, a small picturesque village, is located on a limestone plateau, at an altitude of 250m. A multitude of possibilities for walking or cycling are offered to nature lovers - right outside the door of the loft. For swimming or other outdoor activities, your car will take you there in 20 minutes. Assignan: private wine cellars, 3 restaurants, 1 brasserie and a small grocery store
