Casa Alfredo is located in a separate spot, with its own garden, lots of privacy, two terraces and a beautiful view over the valley. This owner’s house offers space and comfort to larger families or when grandparents join you for a holiday. The house is authentic and is nominated to be renovated within three years. The advantage of this is that the entire house can be rented for an affordable rate until that time.

Through the gate you enter your own garden and walk through to the covered terrace. In front of the house is another terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning hours. You enter the house through a door on the covered terrace. There you will find a living room with sofa en TV. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Lavazza coffee machine, American fridge freezer and oven. In the corner you will find the toilet with washing machine and dryer.

Through a door you enter the hall with a coat rack and the stairs. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a single bed and trundle bed and the last bedroom also has e single bed.

In the large bathroom you have access to a sink, second toilet, shower and bath.

This nice house, fully equipped and in a wonderfully quiet location, can be rented to a maximum of 7 people.
