On the top floor of the former farm there are four double rooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The holiday home has two terraces and a central room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and cooking utensils for 9 people. You can enjoy the warm summer evenings at the long outdoor table.
You have 360 ??degree views of the sea, the hills of Le Marche, the historic city of Fermo, the equally old Torre di Palme and the mountain peaks of Monte Sibilini in the hinterland.

Casa Luce is located near the town of Torre di Palme (municipality of Fermo), just 3 kilometers from the sea (Marina Palmense) and an 8-minute drive from the fashionable seaside resort of Porto San Giorgio.
If you drive down the hill at Casa Luce, you will enter the picturesque seaside resort of Marina Palmense. There you can park for free on the pristine beach. Here you will find the surf beach, where you can set up your kite or surf sail at specially constructed spots. From the surf beach you look at the harbor of Porto San Giorgio. This is a fashionable seaside resort with kilometers of beaches, where it is bustling with fun in the summer. It is a popular destination for Italians.
Travel through the beautiful hilly landscapes of Le Marche where you can take beautiful walks as a nature lover. The landscape is diverse: you can walk in the hills, in the mountains or on the coast. We have beautiful walking routes ready for you. Or experience Le Marche by bike; with an e-bike you can effortlessly climb the hills.
At only 8 minutes by car you are on the boulevard of Porto San Giorgio. A kilometre-long boulevard with palm trees and cozy restaurants. Here you can still park on the boulevard. Almost every beach bar has changing rooms, showers and a playground for the children. In the many (fish) restaurants you can enjoy the culinary delights, your feet in the sand with the children in sight. Where else can you find that in Europe?
