Terms and conditions

The holiday home is located in the heart of the Lake Vico Nature Reserve and below are some indications and rules to follow in order not to disturb or damage the environment. Guests are required to respect the structure and common areas.

Reservation

  • Reservations must be sent to the e-mail address casadeidainilago@gmail.com
  • The booking request must indicate the number and type of rooms requested, the name and surname of the guests, the date of arrival and departure, the number of adults and children, the age of the children (in order to propose quotes tailored to suit different needs).
  • To confirm the reservation, unless otherwise indicated, the data of a credit card and a copy of a document of the person who is booking are required as a guarantee.
  • The price of the stay includes linen (bed and bath), use of the garden, and common areas. For stays longer than a week there is a weekly change of linen.
  • Daily cleaning is NOT included in the price of the stay, which however can be organized as an extra upon customer request.
  • Each accommodation can only be occupied by the maximum number of people indicated for that specific housing unit.

Changes to the booking and cancellations

  • We kindly ask you to promptly inform us of any changes or cancellations.
  • For cancellations or changes to the reservation made the day before arrival or in case of no-show we reserve the right to charge 50% of the amount of the booked stay.

Balance of stay

  • The balance of the stay is due before arrival by bank transfer or Postepay recharge.
  • It is possible to pay in cash for a maximum amount of € 1,000.00 (subject to changes in the laws relating to cash payments).
  • Upon departure, a receipt will be issued which cannot in any case be canceled.

Arrival (Check-In)

  • The delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 14:00 (GMT + 1); the room will be guaranteed until 20:00 (GMT + 1), unless otherwise agreed.
  • We kindly ask you to communicate your estimated time of arrival in order to arrange the handover of the keys.
  • For guests arriving before 14:00, the room can be assigned immediately if it is ready, otherwise it will be possible to leave the luggage at the property.
  • The type of room will respect what was agreed at the time of booking.
  • We ask you to immediately report any damage or inefficiencies and malfunctions that may be found in taking accommodation in the room.
  • Parking spaces are not guaranteed, but a large private and free parking is available outside the structure.

Personal data

Upon arrival, customers will be asked for an identification document for the purpose of communicating their presence to the competent police bodies. Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, all personal data of guests will be processed in order to fulfill fiscal and legal obligations (draw up invoices, record data, etc.).

  • Any people hosted, visiting and / or temporary must be notified upon arrival, to notify the competent authorities. No additional costs will be charged.

Departure (check-out)

  • At the time of booking it is required to indicate the expected departure time.
  • Rooms must be returned by 12:00 (GMT + 1), unless otherwise agreed.
  • Unauthorized extensions after this time will be considered as an extension of the stay and charged.
  • Room keys must be handed over to staff or deposited in the key safe.
  • Guests are invited to give immediate notice of any breakages), in order to promptly manage the necessary interventions and avoid discussions
  • If the guest plans to leave before 7.00 am, he is kindly asked to notify the day before departure, in order to complete all the formalities. Before departure, please check that the keys or other equipment provided has been returned (electrical adapters, battery charger,.)
  • On the day of departure, it is possible to leave your baggage in custody at the property.

Some availability and accessories of the structure

  • Linen will be delivered upon arrival. Only for stays longer than a week there is a weekly change of linen.
  • If necessary, exceptions can be made for linen change.
  • There are no beach towels.
  • The rooms are all equipped with mosquito nets, we ask for the utmost care in use to avoid their damage.
  • Guests are requested to use with care and utmost respect the furniture, equipment, appliances, accessories and tools made available by the structure.
  • The garbage must be collected in the special bags made available by the structure, respecting the instructions for separate collection shown on the panel. It is not allowed to leave rubbish or personal items in the common areas
  • All common areas and rooms of the structure are covered by Wi-Fi network service. The code for accessing the service will be provided upon arrival, upon release of personal details and declaration of release for privacy. Guests are advised that, due to the property's location in a nature reserve, the internet and telephone connections are sometimes unstable and the connection speed is not excellent.
  • The current of the structure is alternating current at 220 volts, and the electrical sockets are of the Italian type. Guests are asked to check that their appliances are suitable for this type of current, and to have adapters with a different system if necessary. We do not take responsibility for any damage to equipment due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, power surges, etc.)
  • The property has televisions, but does not have access to SKY TV or similar
  • All the bathrooms in the rooms have a hairdryer. Please limit their use at night and early in the morning so as not to disturb other guests.
  • Fans are available on request

The property has a small countryside swimming pool, for the use of which no responsibility is assumed. The use of the swimming pool is therefore the complete responsibility of the customer .

Meals, hygiene and safety

  • Being a country holiday home, neither breakfast nor main meals are provided. However, the kitchen with all its accessories and utensils is available to guests.
  • The kitchens of the main house and the guesthouse are equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher for common use. Guests are requested to use these appliances respectfully.
  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, we ask you to use tools and accessories correctly.
  • Main meals and breakfast must be consumed in the rooms set up for this purpose.
  • It is not allowed to bring meals in the rooms.
  • Please do not leave open food (chips, sweets, etc.) in any environment, and anything that may attract ants and other animals, especially in summer.

Animals

In the structure there are domestic animals, in addition to these, being in the open countryside, wild animals (ie foxes, wild boars etc.) may also sometimes be sighted.

The property accepts small and medium-sized pets upon request and confirmation.

  • The presence of the animal must be communicated upon booking
  • For hygienic reasons and to avoid any allergic reactions from other guests, pets are allowed only in specific rooms, and have access only to certain areas.
  • Guests staying with animals are required to ensure maximum respect for the environment.
  • Animals must always remain on a leash both inside and outside the structure.
  • Guests must be adequately equipped for the welfare of their pet. Any use of bed and bath linen for the animal (grooming, beds or other) is prohibited.
    It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal get on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc.
  • It is mandatory to comply with the vaccinations provided for by national and regional laws and with the mandatory marking (tattoo chip medal).

The behavior of the animal must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests. An animal that disturbs any of the customers or other people must, upon request, be calmed or removed.

  • Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may result from the animals themselves. All the operations necessary to restore environmental hygiene in the rooms occupied by the animal are the sole responsibility of the customer. If traces (hair, excrement or other) are found on the beds or linen, the value of the contaminated garment will be charged.

Notices, rules and prohibitions

In this place so surrounded by nature, the utmost respect for the structure and the other guests is asked of all.

  • If you return to your room late, please adopt a behavior that allows you not to disturb those who are already asleep.
  • Inside the room or bathroom, guests will find everything they need: blankets, pillows, towels, hygiene products. It is forbidden to bring outside anything found in the rooms, bathrooms or in any case inside the structure.
  • Guests are requested to notify and / or deliver the discovery and / or loss of things to the reception.
  • When leaving the rooms, guests are asked to close the door and check that the windows are also well closed, in order to prevent any valuables being stolen from the rooms.
  • However, guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended in the rooms. The structure is in no way responsible for items left unattended.
  • It is not allowed to bring weapons, knives, sticks or tools considered blunt into the structure
  • Inside the structure it is also forbidden to smoke and use drugs.
  • It is mandatory to respect the vegetation, the ground, the hygiene and cleanliness of all spaces.
  • It is not allowed to enter areas reserved for house staff.
  • It is not allowed to throw papers and rubbish out of the special bins.
  • Out of respect for the other guests it is suggested to moderate the acoustic volume, not to speak loudly, not to shout.
  • Please keep quiet even in common areas.
  • The breakage of the key will be counted with a minimum amount of € 10.00 for the duplicate.
  • Guests respond and are called to pay compensation for damage caused by them or caused by people or animals under their responsibility.
