100% SKI IN - SKI OUT! The country house is located in the district of Oberdamüls. The nearest ski slope is only a few meters from the house. The local bus stop in Damüls is also in the immediate vicinity.

The Landhaus-Damüls, newly built in 2019, is located in the district Oberdamüls and offers 100% ski in - ski out. Also in summer the Landhaus is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours around the villages Damüls and Faschina. The entire house has been built to the highest standards and the apartments are all furnished to a very high standard. The journey to the country house is easy and uncomplicated. Directly from the main road you drive into the car lift with which you come into the secured garage. So your car is always available and free of snow and ice. All apartments can be reached by passenger lift. The whole house is non-smoking and barrier-free. Ski/boot room, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bread roll service, Internet, local bus and much more belong to the Landhaus Damüls service. We are looking forward to seeing you.
