Situated just 5 minutes from Lake Garda, this brand new modern structure has 4 apartments sleeping 2 to 6 persons. Set amid the Mediterranean vegetation, vineyards and olive groves which surround around a hamlet steeped in history and country traditions, it is rooted in its past but has a modern vision of tourist hospitality.
Our trained staff will be at your disposal for tips and advice when planning day trips to must-see destinations such as Verona and Venice, if you would like to tour the Dolomites or see the lake from a different perspective and take a boat tour.
?For lovers of the great outdoors there are unforgettable hikes or bike excursions. Garda Trentino and the surrounding area has so many walking trails with stunning scenery. Casa 32 is the ideal base for anyone who loves windsurfing, sailing, trekking, mountain bike, road bike and climbing.
The apartments of different sizes are more spacious and brighter than the usual tourist apartments and all have their own entrance. Each apartment has two separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom with hair dryer and courtesy kit, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, bed linen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and electric kettle. There is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and flat screen TV with satellite channels, large panoramic windows and a common day area where you can enjoy lunches and dinners in company. Each of the units has climate control for heating or air conditioning, a balcony, terrace or private garden.

HOW TO GET HERE
By car:
Coming from the A22 (from the Brenner Pass or from Verona) take the exit for Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord and continue towards Riva del Garda. After about 11 km you come to Nago. Casa 32 is situated on your left, near the Agip petrol station.
By train:
Coming from the Brenner Pass or from Verona, get off at the station of Rovereto. You can get to Casa 32 by taking one of the frequent buses which stop in front of the station headed for Riva del Garda (get off at Nago - about 20 min.).
By plane:
The nearest airports and the most convenient for reaching Lake Garda are Verona- Villafranca and Bergamo, about 80 and 160 km away respectively. We advise you to hire a car or use the shuttle bus which connects the airports to the train station or else use the Flixbus service.

Outside of these hours you are kindly requested to give prior notice of your expected arrival time when booking via email or by contacting Casa 32 by phone at (+39) 380 7327399 (we reserve the right to indicate a time which suits the staff).

Booking is confirmed once you provide details of a valid credit card (only as a guarantee of booking, payment will be charged once you arrive) or payment by bank transfer of a booking confirmation deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay.
Bed and towels are provided and included in the price.
Change of bed sheets extra charge: € 12.00
Change of towels extra charge: € 7.00
Compulsory final cleaning: € 40.00
Cleaning during the week on request: € 30.00
Tourist tax: € 0.70 per person per day excluding children under 14 and only for the first ten consecutive nights.
CANCELLATIONS
There is no charge for cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. In the case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival, there will be a charge of 50% of the total sum. In the case of cancellations 7 days or less before the date of arrival, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.
