Our 67 m² large ground-floor apartment Rasciesa offers two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with kitchenette can accommodate up to five people, if you plan to travel with the family. This apartment  gives you direct access to our lawn, where you can make yourself comfortable. A table and chairs invite you to linger and allow you to celebrate an outdoor breakfast.

Our ground floor apartment consists of:

• two separate double rooms
• a spacious kitchen, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and blender
• pull-out couch, TV and sitting area
• Bathroom with window, shower, sink and toilet
• a lawn in front of the apartment, equipped with table and chairs

In the middle of nature and with a fantastic view of the Geisler peaks, which are the symbols of the Villnöss valley, you can enjoy peace and relaxation without having to forego comfort and variety. Our apartments in Villnöss are a good starting point for many activities in the area. The cities of Klausen (12 km), Brixen (18 km) and Bozen (40 km) are very easy to reach by public transport - use them with the DolomitiMobil Card, which you receive on arrivalfree of charge.

Haus Puez has already given many travelers cozy accommodation in Villnöss . The house was built in 1976 and as early as 1980 Marianna and Peter Obexer rented the three apartments to vacationers who long for nature and tranquility. In January 2011 we, Andrea and Josef Schlechtleitner took over the Puez house.

We have renovated all apartments and refurbished them with high-quality furniture so that we can offer our guests all the comfort and accommodation where you can feel at home. We have also redesigned the outdoor area and are happy about the positive feedback that we have received from our dear guests. In addition to a garage and a parking lot, you also have access to our lawn, and if you feel like it, you are welcome to pick fragrant herbs for a delicious meal in our herb garden. Come and visit usand look forward to an unforgettable holiday in South Tyrol - we look forward to getting to know you!

Our apartment house has three spacious and comfortable apartments , in which we warmly welcome you. The Geisler, Dorfblick and Raschötz apartments , which are between 40 and 67 m2 in size, accommodate three to five people and offer everything you could hope for on your holiday in Villnöss.

All apartments consist of a living area, sleeping area, kitchenette or separate kitchen and bathroom. From the ground floor apartment Raschötz you have direct access to the lawn, while in the other two apartments you can enjoy the view of the Odle from the balcony. You can take care of yourself in the very well-equipped kitchens . Nearby you can also try South Tyrolean specialties in the restaurant / pizzeria Viel Nois (350 m) or in the restaurant of the Hotel Kabis (270 m)or try Italian dishes.
