On the first floor a double bedroom a bathroom with bathtub;
On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchenette where you can enjoy a great view of the garden and the lake.
The garden is available with a comfortable pergola for meals and, on request, a barbecue.
The parking is private, bordered by a chain, where it is possible to park up to 3 cars.

We are 5 km from the fantastic historic center of Varenna, reachable in a few minutes by car, and a short walk from the renowned Riva Bianca beach.

City tax:
The municipality of Varenna applies a city tax of 1.5 euros per person per night. The tax applies to
overnight stays for a maximum of 7 consecutive days. The following exemptions are also applicable:
Minors up to 14 years of age. From the fifth component onwards of a family unit. Assistant subjects
disabled people who are disabled, on the basis of one companion per patient.
