Our comfortably furnished apartments are just a few meters from the lake, and offer everything you would expect from a spacious apartment.
The 65 m² living space are optimally divided on kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living-bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower (separate toilet).
From the 16m ² Südloggia you have a fantastic view of the Millstättersee and the surrounding mountains! All apartments are equipped with infrared heaters (the sun's rays heat source), so you have it even in the cold seasons warmly in your apartment.
Internet and satellite TV, radio
In your apartment there is a satellite flat screen TV (with YOUTUBE function) and a bluetoothfähiges radio with CD drive ready. DVD players with different DVD's are available free of charge. During your stay you will have free internet access via W-Lan is available throughout the apartment and on the premises. The required access data can be found in the apartment.

In the spacious living room with comfortable seating area and additional French double bed, two more guests can sleep.

A large double bed and a pull-out bed guarantee the best sleeping comfort! Cozy and allergy friendly bedding.

The fully equipped kitchen (dining and coffee utensils, glasses, cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine with permanent filter, fridge freezer, stove with oven and various kitchen helpers) with dining area leave nothing to be desired! Dishwasher! Microwave and other kitchen gadgets on request.
bathroom
The bathroom has a bath and an extra shower and a large sink. WC is located in a separate room (toilet paper available). Hand, bath and shower towels at leisure. Hair dryer, shower gel .......!

For the winter sports: our nearby ski Goldeck (15 min) Bad Kleinkirchheim (15 min) Katschberg, Gerlitzen, Dreiländereck, Turracher height, Falkert, Hochrindl (about 25 to 40 min) and the Mölltaler Glacier offer unlimited fun on the slopes for all ages !

Included in the price:
Overnight stay for up to 5 guests in our 65 m² apartments, (additional 16m² large loggia) cookware and tableware, bed and table linen, hand and bath towels, FREE W-Lan, and the use of the following home furnishings: well-kept Natural beach with child-friendly entrance, large lawn, deck chairs, charcoal grill outdoors, table tennis, ... and the use of children and baby facilities: high chairs, cots with linen, baby monitor, baby bath, changing mat, children's play equipment.
Fishing in our own Seelehen possible !!!
The price does not include: Local or overnight tax per guest and night (€ 1.75 to € 2.35, from 18 years), pro-rated final cleaning € 59, -, washing machine.
Use of more than 4 persons and pets (small € 4, - large € 6, - per night) only by arrangement.
Energy costs are charged according to consumption !!!!
Booking information:Arrival day = Saturday, from 15 o'clock
departure = Saturday, until 10 o'clock
or by prior arrangement !!!!
Fixed bookings are only guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit!
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing (mail-fax-mail) until 14 days after booking confirmation without costs, until 30 days before arrival = deposit; until 14 days before arrival = 70% of the total price up to 3 days before arrival or No Show = 90% of the total price late arrival or early departure no reduction.
