Inspired by the typical style of a traditional longhouse, our object was  "Hof Niglberg" in Saggau, was taken over the concept / ideology and basic version of the "Thombauer Hube" at Eichberg and supplemented. Our focus is in this house especially to the spacious design of the living room and spa with relaxation area. Of 2.5 x 7 meters large outdoor stainless steel pool is used to cool down after a sparkling sauna and in the hot summer months.

The high-quality living comfort is on the one hand by the large light-filled living recreation rooms and the other by the exclusive equipment. In addition, all lounges have been carried out on the ground floor accessible. The cultivation of a basement "Stöckl of the Südsteiermark", presents itself in the interior, as a sauna and a comfortable quiet room.

For complete rest and relaxation, the wonderful location in Saggau contributes. Built at the edge of the forest on a hillside, surrounded by fallow deer enclosures can be enjoyed from the two sun terraces, the hilly border region Southern Styria with a view to Remschnigg Alm and Castle Arnfels.

Here you can relax after a tingling sauna on the chaise lounges.  A freestanding bath invites you to a wellness bath and then in the evening you can relax with a selected bottle of wine on the terrace with candlelight. Upstairs there are two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom.

The house not only offers optimal relaxation comfort, but is also equipped with exclusive modern technical equipment. Internet access via IPAD and SONOS system, Blue Ray TV, Dolby surround system, combi sauna.
