Our object "Stadl Niglberg" on Niglberg offers not only luxury and comfort but also a barrier-free stay in indoors and outdoors. As a special highlight of the 8 x 3 m wide infinity pool of stainless steel (with overflow channel) invites for cooling after a sparkling sauna. Our guests can relax on our spacious outdoor lounge with views of the countryside and into the courtyard.
Holiday house "Stadl Niglberg" offers guests a stay on 85m ² living space with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with free-standing bath and overlooking the pool.
The spacious bathroom has a double sink, shower and a separate toilet.
In the multi-purpose sauna (Finnish / steam bath / infrared) you can look out over the panoramic windows into the garden.
With pool:
- April – September: heated
- October – April: Suitable for diving after the sauna session

Holiday destination
The house is located in the hills of southern Styria on the edge of the forest, in a quiet location.
Due to the southwest orientation, there are several sunny places in the garden to linger.
The damm deer border directly on the demarcation of the house.

Arrival - Your way to Thombauer House "Stadl Niglberg" Saggautal Südsteiermark
Coming from Graz leave the A9 motorway in the direction of travel Phyrn Slovenia at the exit Leibnitz. Turn right onto the B74 Sulmtal road and continue straight ahead until you reach Heimschuh. At the Shell gas station, turn left towards Arnfels. Then you drive through the village Großklein and take the next roundabout (vines) the second exit Arnfels. At the next roundabout (Welsch runners), choose the first exit Saggau. You drive over the Saggaubrücke and then turn right into the village Saggau. After about 50 meters, turn right and drive towards Untergreith (about 1.2 km) up the mountain. On a long straight line in the forest you come to a fork with a bus stop (Koller). Here turn sharp left up. After about 100 m drive through the barnyard of a farm, where you keep right. After about 100 meters, the house is "Barn Niglberg" on the left side of the road.
