Our beautiful house with 150m² living space and 400m² garden is fully equipped. When booking you have the house all to yourself. Complete kitchen, large living room, large dining area, 2 toilets, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms, ...! The large driveway with carport can accommodate at least 2 cars. Highlight: The brand new barrel sauna in the garden and in summer the brick barbecue. Just a 1-minute walk away is the bus station to the Schladming ski area.

The Villa Hasi is a feel-good house very close to the Hauser Kaibling and Schladming. We have set up our house as we would like it when we go on vacation. Therefore, everything is just there. A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, a large living room with a 65 "4K TV incl. Netflix, Playstation, XBox, ...! Next to it is a sunny dining area where you can chat with the Amazon Alexa. Here you can also go straight to the large garden with a view of the mountains, an outdoor barrel sauna and a brick barbecue. Two toilets and a bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks are located on the ground floor or first floor. 2 bedrooms and a master bedroom, all equipped with the best mattresses, down comforters and two different pillows. There's also a 42 "LED TV with free Netflix access in each bedroom. In the basement you will find a ski boot warmer, a washing machine, a dryer, a table football table, a treadmill and other games. Under the carport you could not only park but also play a round table tennis at the profit. Joy on more than 200m² of living space.

Aich, Hauser Kaibling, Schladming, ... are probably among the most beautiful environments you can imagine. Everything is clear in winter. Here are the endless pistes, the warm huts and the parties in the evening.
If the snow thaws once, this area offers the most beautiful hiking spots with waterfalls, lakes and untouched nature. If you prefer action-packed you will find opportunities for rafting, kayaking, sliplining, karting, climbing, canyoning, mountain biking, ...
Then the communities also offer numerous events. From ski opening and world championship to ski jumping in winter and concerts, cycling tours and markets in summer.

About 150m from the house is a small train station and the bus stop. In winter, the Hauser Kaibling ski lift and the Schladming ski area can be easily reached by bus in a few minutes.
