The Gartenapartment is set in a quiet but central part of Zell am See, only 50 m from the CityXpress Cable Car and 600 m from the promenade on Lake Zell. It offers free WiFi and a terrace with garden access.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, a living room with cable TV and a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional toilet. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and a garden terrace can be walked to from the living room. A washing machine can be used on request.

A ski storage room with a ski boot dryer is at guests’ disposal. During winter guests have direct access to the slopes from the guest house, and a ski school can be found directly opposite the Gartenapartment.

Tennis courts are located 2 km away. The Tauern Spa in Kaprun can be reached within a 15-minute drive.

From May to October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card is included in the rate. This card comprises many free benefits and discounts, including free use of the cable cars.
