Immersed in the lush Tuscan countryside, at 372 m high, the holiday residence "Casa di Sasso" welcomes you with its splendid view of the medieval city of Arezzo, in the quiet of nature among green olive groves.
An outdoor pool with whirlpool provides relaxation and fun from spring to autumn. Casa di Sasso is a holiday home with 3 apartments and 1 annex. The three apartments of the central body can be communicating, so it is possible to rent one, two or the whole house, which can accommodate up to 16 adults.

Sasso Giallo (Two-room apartment)

The Sasso Giallo apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse; from the main external door it is accessed by climbing 2 flights of stairs of an internal staircase. It's a charming apartment, newly renovated and tastefully furnished in a bright country style. 
The large dining / living area overlooks the extensive olive groves that descend from the pool down to the valley, along a deep gorge, and is accompanied by a characteristic built-in kitchenette, a double sofa bed, fridge, microwave, 32 "TV flat-screen TV.

The bedroom, overlooking the entrance of the property, has a private bathroom; It is equipped with a safe.

The "Sasso Verde" apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse; from the main external door it is accessed by climbing a few steps of an internal staircase. It's a nice apartment, just renovated, with a breathtaking view. The dining / living area is equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, flat screen TV and a double sofa bed. The spacious and elegant double room is characterized by 3 windows that offer both a view of the nearby city of Arezzo, and the extensive olive groves that descend from the pool down to the valley, along a deep gorge. In the room, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, writing desk. The apartment has a safe.

Sasso Bianco (The Residence for 6/8 people)

Sasso Bianco is the largest and most elegant apartment, it extends throughout the ground floor and consists of a living room of about 50 square meters, 3 double bedrooms (one with a wood-burning fireplace) and 2 bathrooms. The living area, finely furnished and with a characteristic wood-burning fireplace, consists of a seating area, with armchairs and a double sofa bed and a large built-in kitchen with a table that can accommodate up to 16 people. 
Due to the large size of the living area this apartment lends itself particularly well to large families or couples of friends who would have complete privacy in their respective rooms, but at the same time could enjoy large indoor convivial spaces. The apartment has a 50 inchis flat screen TV in the living room and a flat screen TV in each bedroom.
