2020: January 6-January 30, March 9-April 2, April 19-May 14, May 24-June 25, September 06-December 22.
2021: January 10-January 28, March 7-March 25, April 11-May 20, May 29-June 27, September 12-December 22.
In the following periods we can only accept bookings of at least 5 nights (if you have any questions, please contact us):
2019: 01.January-06.January, 01.February-24.February, 07.June-16.June, 28.June-08.September, 20.December-31.December.
2020/21: 01.January-05 January, 31.January-23.February, 26.June-05. September, 23.December-05.January 2021.
2021/22: 29.January-21.February, 28.June-12.September, 21.December-09.January 2022.
Additional charges:
- Tourist tax of the community Bad Aussee: € 2,50 per person and day.
- For additional guests, the mitanreisen (please clarify before arrival with us) we charge a fee of 20, - € pp / n.
- Final cleaning fee: € 140, - and € 15, - per pet (once).
- For bookings for 1 night, we charge an additional lump sum of 100, - Euro regardless of number of guests.
- Pets are welcome, costs € 5, - per pet and day.
Immediately after the reservation we will ask you by email to pay a deposit of approximately 50% of the total price to complete the booking. For short-term bookings, we accept from you the entire payment in cash upon arrival.
Payment terms with final payment: We prefer a bank transfer up to five days before arrival. We also accept a cash payment of the balance on arrival.
Cancellation of an entry: According to the rules of Austrian contract conditions for hotels (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen).
