Description
The house is situated in the Old city of Dubrovnik, in one very quite area. In the Old city of Dubrovnik there are a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The beaches are very close as well. On the ground floor there is: living room, kitchen and bathroom. The house is equipped with all accessories (linen, towels, bath accessories and kitchen accessories). On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Since the Old city of Dubrovnik is pedestrian zone, there is no cars. Also there is no parking place. There are around 80 steps to get to the house, so the house is not suitable for small kids and for Seniors, but there are welcomed. Unfortunately the pats are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms.
Me like host, I do my best to make very nice and delightful holiday for my guests.

Holiday Rental Apartment “Apodidae” is located in the old city Dubrovnik. It’s close to many cultural and historical sites, monuments, religious buildings and museums. The Old Town centre is surrounded by a medieval city walls with a total length of 1940 meters directly near the Adriatic sea. The Holiday Rental Apartment consists of two floors inside of a former traditional mansion from the 16th century.
