The apartment is located in the 3rd District near the Landstraßer Hauptstraße and the world-famous Hundertwasserhaus. Conveniently, you don’t have to walk far to a number of shops serving your everyday needs: a supermarket, pharmacy and dry cleaner’s are all close by. What’s more, the adjacent building features an original Viennese “Beisl” (pub); further restaurants can be found in the “Grätzl” – meaning the neighbourhood. Incidentally, car drivers shouldn’t have any problems finding a parking space – there isn’t that much traffic on the street, so there are relatively few parked cars.

Getting to and from here:

  • Tram line 1 (the stop is only 70 metres away) takes you straight to the city centre – it runs along the “Ring” and the “Kai”. From there you can continue to the Prater. It only takes five minutes to walk to the major public transport hub in Wien Mitte (U3, U4 and CAT), right next to the Stadtpark. Those travelling by car to the apartment on the A2 should take the “Landstraße” exit; from there it takes barely five minutes to reach the Bechardgasse.
