The apartment is located in the city centre in a quiet location. From its balcony you have a view of the northerly mountain range as well as on a courtyard with well-kept garden facilities. 

Anichstraße is a lively business street. Supermarkets, restaurants, two pharmacies, doctor (also house visits), bus (also airport bus) and tram stations are in the immediate vicinity. Likewise, the university clinic, which particularly appreciate people who come from abroad and want to visit their relatives for one or several days. Tip: There is a supermarket by the hospital, which is open on Sundays.

We offer a lockable garage box which is situated in the same building as the apartment at a daily rate of € 10,00 per day.

The apartment has been recently renovated and offers the following facilities: comfortable combined living and bedroom, flatscreen TV, free WLAN. Fully equipped kitchen: 4 plate stove, oven, microwave, 4 slice toaster, Krups full automatic coffee & espresso machine, dishwasher, large fridge, WC/bath (remote control heating), hairdryer, washer-dryer. Thanks to a sophisticated folding mechanism the sofa can be converted into a comfy king size bed in a few simple steps. In addition there is a sleep couch.
