Villa is very nice well furnished with touch of class.Tree bedrooms each has a bathroom two of tree has a balcony situated on 3story,on 2story is dinning room, living room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, covered terrace with breath taking view. On the 1 story there is another kitchen with dinning room and bathroom, terrace, heated pool.Parking place is below villa at the sea shore for our guest.

Guest access

This charming property lies in the unspoiled village of Trsteno, just 15 km from Dubrovnik, in a very tranquil setting. villa Elysium modern and beautifully furnished and provides delightful accommodation for up to seven guests.

Looking out across the sea to the Elaphiti Islands, this property is as comfortable as it is stylish. Guests have private parking at sea level and is accessed via steep steps or a more leisurely, winding pathway through the lush vegetation. The living room is spacious and welcoming, leading to a dining area and well equipped kitchen. Outdoor steps in the garden lead to the second floor too. In the well maintained garden there is a lovely terrace with dining area, a 7m swimming pool with sea views, an outside shower and a barbecue. Trsteno is a pretty, unspoiled village with one of the oldest Botanical gardens and arboretum in Europe. The walled city of Dubrovnik is a short distance away and guests will enjoy exploring its history, architecture, entertainment, bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is also heated.
