On the second floor are apartments A3 and A5 for 2-4 persons. They have a double room with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and sofa bed, air conditioning, bathroom, satellite TV and balcony - terrace with outdoor seating. There is also a studio apartment A4 for 3 people, has a double bed and a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning, bathroom, satellite TV and a balcony with table and chairs.

On the ground floor is a small double room R1 for 2 with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, bathroom, satellite TV and air conditioning (no balcony or terrace can be used in front of the house).
