Independent house (45 m2) in a residential district of west Nice. It comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a bed room with a double bed and a separated kitchen. A garden(55 m2)planted with trees and a large roof terrace(62 m2) with view on the mediterranean sea (table,chairs and sunshade) are very pleasant for meals and tanning. TV, WiFi,air conditioned. Private car parking and covered parking for bicycles. Bakery at 100 m and shopping area (groceries,bookshop,chemist's) at 400 m. Beach (Promenade des Anglais) at 5 min where you can leave your car in a covered parking (5€ for 7 h). Buses stop at 100 m going to downtown and beach. Sorry, we don't accept pets. Ideal location for visiting Nice and also Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse at half an hour by car, Italy and mountains (Parc du Mercantour) at one hour by car. Unillimited travels inside Alpes Maritimes subdivision for 1.5 € only. Possibility to park your car in the city for all the day and all the evening for the price of one tram ticket.
Sleeps: 4 guests in 1 bedroom is not right. 2 in 1 bedroom, 2 in the livingroom.
