The property has 36.000m2, and is situated in front of the montain of Sintra, with a beautiful view to the montain and all its monuments.. 
In the property there are 2 apartments and the main house, a large swimming pool, barbecue, around 100 trees, a biological farm and a Spa. It is extremely quiet and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful gardens. 
"Casa do Jardim" - has totally independent garden . It provides one double bedroom and a twin, independent kitchen, a bathroom. a sitting room and dining room with fire place, giving this cottage a very special atmosphere, ideal for winter and summer holidays. A barbecue is provided for guests' use. 
''Casa Malva'' is situated on 1º. floor of the main house.. It provides one double room and a twin (with large beds) 2 bathrooms, the sitting room/dining room and a kitchen. It has a nice view for Sintra Montain and all its monuments. 
In the main house, there are 4 rooms for rental, a big sitting room with piano, and where the guests have the breakfast. The decoration is antique and contemporary, making it very confortable for holidays makers. 
There are several international renowned golf courses, Penha Longa, Estoril, , Beloura, Quinta de Marinha, etc all within 20 minutes drive. 
At the coast you can enjoy one of a number of sandy beaches , or drive a bit further to visit the Cabo da Roca with its dramatic cliffs. It marks the most westerly point continental Europe. 
Queluz Palace, the Portuguese Versailles is also 20 minutes away, Monserrate is worth about 15 minutes by car . Quinta de Regaleira you can go on foot from Historic Center and Palacio da Pena with its gardens is really worth spending, at least, half a day. 
There are good restaurants near the property, you can go on foot. 
The capital Lisbon is also 40 minutes away by car or is accessible by train, Sintra train station is within 10 minutes by car from the property. 
The charming old fishing port of Cascais and the Estoril coast including the famous Casino do Estoril are about 30 minutes drive
