Our house is located in the first and superior floor of an antique house. Is decorated with special classical style and ethnic décor and is very bright and cozy. Here you can easily feel the romance and observe the sky when you lie. 1km from the city centre and the river. Two rooms has a large bedroom with a double bed and in a contiguous space it has two another rooms with 2 single beds, a single roo, so it is perfect for two couples or a family with childrens or friends. Cot and cot bed in request – no charge. Fresh sheets, towels and bathrobes are provided. In advance is possible to request a Continental "homemade" breakfast is served or a “gourmet breakfast”, served in our special hall in the first floor. Our guests will also have private access to an open-space living room, two bathroom with shower and a kitchen for having breakfast and preparing easy meals. In your room you will have a welcome drink.

• Brasil and Japao is a good ideia for a friends or family.
  
• Lusitania: with a little balcony, 32m2 sleeps 2 guests in a big size bed. The bathroom is private and external near the bathroom.
  

GUEST ACCESS: We have free space in our garage to keep your bicycles.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: I´ll be present at check in and whenever the guests need in order to give all the support to make them a pleasant stay.

The NEIGHBORHOOD: The house is situated in a typical neighbourhood dating from the beginning of the century, with Brazilian migrant’s houses. Because of security, friendliness of the people and most of the must-see spots are within walking distance it´s easy to walk day and night with no problems.

GEETING AROUND: There are plenty of public transports nearby – a bus stop 50m far. If you arrive by car you can park freely in front of the house. The express national bus stop is 2km far. The train station is 2,5km far. International airport in Lisbon – Coimbra 200Km. International airport in Porto – Coimbra 100Km.
