Rates explanation
It is generally possible to cancel your holiday home booking. The following cancellation fees apply: up to 30 days before arrival 30%, from 29 days to 14 days before arrival 60% and from 13 days before arrival or in the event of no-show 90% of the agreed upon rental price.
Terms of rentals
- Down payment: 30% of the rental price at time of booking
- Final payment: 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Deposit: €250.-
- Arrival time: 16:00 o'clock earliest
- Departure before: 10:00 o'clock
