Location 20 minutes from Barcelona: it is the perfect villa to discover Bcn in a natural and well communicated environment, ideal for family reunions, relaxation or team building. Strategically located 3 km from the beach and 2 km from the natural park, with a very good climate all year round.
The villa is located in a 3 minutes walk from the centre of the village, you can go to buy bread and whatever you need without car. Just in front of the property there is a park with free public parking and we are 3,5 km from the beach. In Premia de Dalt there are no traffic lights, it is a very quiet village. How to get around the area By car or bicycle is the most comfortable, but to get there by public transport you have several options or by train to Premia de Mar (3 km away), or by bus from Barcelona.
