The space
Some of the best golf courses and spas in the world are nearby. A 50 minute drive inland are the beautiful Ardales lakes with swimming and water sports. And if you like cycling or walking, access to the Sierra de las Nieves Nature Reserve is close by. The villa has secure parking for up to 3 cars and offers breathtaking views that will compel you to unplug and relax. Sit back and enjoy one of the many terraces, pool and BBQ area. Hot and cold air-conditioning available in the bedrooms and living room.Enter the villa into the open plan living room where you can enjoy the dining area for 8 people. The lounge seating area has 2 armchairs and an L-shaped sofa, which extends into a double sofa bed, making it possible to sleep up to 8 people in the villa. There is also a 55inch 4K smart TV with Chromecast device. There is access to a covered terrace from the dining area, with beautiful views across the valley and a further dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room and toilet. There is also access from the kitchen to the covered terrace.
The master bedroom is located off the dining area. This room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Towards the back of the villa, the two guest bedrooms can be found along with the guest bathroom which has a bath with a shower attachment. The second bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and has access to a terrace with a further dining area, followed by the BBQ area and swimming pool. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
