Casablancastef is a three-storey house in a quiet side street 10 mins from the main square in the village and sops. The house original a farmers store building has been completely restored creating modern holiday villa. The careful decoration will allow you an unforgettable holiday. Located at the entrance to the National Park of the Sierra de las Nieves, it allows you to easily enjoy excursions and mountain sports (equestrian, fishing, climbing, swimming in natural pools...). Beach 1.15 min. away.
The space
Casablanca is a house of 210 square meters has three bedrooms, with the option of large self contained annexe next door creating 4th bedroom with shower wc (contact client if required)
Casa Blanca Stef : On the top floor there is large bedroom with built in wardrobes on-suite shower WC and Air Conditioning and large terrace that has stunning views across the valley and mountains.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with air conditioning built in wardrobes and a shared bath shower WC Bedroom two has Juliet balcony with stunning views and bedroom 3 has is street side no views
The ground floor includes a large living room, and open kitchen, a small dining area connected to the kitchen, WC Stunning views across the valley and mountains
There is a smart 40 inch TV with Netflix Prime and Apple TV apps and Alexa speaker and there are speakers in all bedrooms with bluetooth and smart phone curb sockets
The lower floor has large dinning area and access to outside terraces and pool
There are 6 separate terraces in the garden with infinity pool, BBQ and Table Tennis plus the large terrace attached to main bedroom
Set in what was the farmers end of the village it is now a mixture of stables and villas so there will be horses trotting by the front door and farmers bring ups their crops on mules. At the rear of the villa there are stunning views and you will at times hear dogs barking I the valley and the church bells ringing outside and pool lighting creates late night atmosphere.
The village has a number of bars and there are 6 restaurants at the top of the village a 5 to 20 min walk or short drive.
Guest access
60 minutes from Malaga airport. While staying here the house is all yours. However, we reserve the right to close the top floor depending on the number of guests.
Restaurants, bars and shops are all right there in the neighbourhood. A super market is just a few metres from the house with anything you need.
Other things to note Smoking is only allowed in the patio. There are stairs and the village although only ten minutes is a steep hill walk good for the heart so you will need to have reasonable mobility. Parking close the villa can sometimes be be a problem but there is a large municipal car park 15 mins walk from the villa you can drive to the front door to unload and load luggage but you will have to reverse about 100 Mts down to park in what is a narrow street.
