Enjoy the tranquillity and authentic Spain in this special village house

Casa Torreta is located on the outskirts of Sedella. All conveniences of the village are within walking distance and yet the feeling of being in the middle of nature. In 2022 the house was renovated and fully equipped for a short or longer stay.

The house has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living kitchen, living room, a tower room to relax or work and a roof terrace with a wide view.

Through the tower room you can take the stairs to the roof terrace. A lovely place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or later in the day, when the sun slowly sets behind the mountains, to have a drink or dinner.

From the terrace you have a view over a large part of the village. In the middle of the view you can see the church of the village, but also the terraces full of olives and avocados. On clear days, you can even see the Mediterranean Sea. 

Sedella

With around 600 inhabitants, Sedella is a quiet but beautiful place to walk, enjoy the peace and quiet and explore the surroundings. Life is slow here. The inhabitants of this Andalusian village work in their vegetable garden, orchard or sit on a bench at dusk to talk the day through. From all corners of the village, there is a beautiful view of the high mountain of the region, La Maroma.

Sedella is a great place to relax or do sports. Beautiful walking routes start from various places in the village. The hospitable village feels like a place where time has stood still. You really experience authentic Spain here. Relaxing is understood here! And with 320 days of sun per year, this is the perfect region for a holiday.

There are not many facilities in the village, but enough so that you do not have to leave the village every day. Sedella has a small supermarket where you can get a surprising amount. There is also a nice bar on the square near the church where the locals chat every day and there is a nice restaurant at the entrance of the village. From the village several hiking trails start towards the national park.
