Our 6-person, comfortable, cosy, detached Finnish Chalet can be found in Gramsbergen, a cozy village in the Overijssel Vechtdal.
The Chalet is located on a small-scale, family-friendly holiday park. The holiday park has sufficient facilities to satisfy the children (and parents). At this park you will find sufficient rest, relaxation and fun, so that you will experience a varied and unforgettable holiday.
The holiday park offers many facilities and is therefore suitable for the whole family. Experience a holiday you will not soon forget!

House rules
Although we organize the final cleaning for you, we request that you remove the beds and leave the Chalet tidy and clean.
Smoking is NOT allowed. Pets NOT allowed on the couch . If these house rules are violated, we are forced to withhold a deposit of € 50.00.

Set in Gramsbergen
Our detached chalet is located in a quiet place, centrally on a small-scale cozy family park. The house is surrounded by greenery and fully equipped. The bungalow was recently renovated (2021) including new kitchen, new bathroom, new toilet and the entire house with laminate.
There are good restaurants and cafes in the area (Harry's Eetcafe, China City, De Woage, Mommeriete) where you can have a drink. You can also reach a supermarket on foot, everything is within a radius of 1 km. There are several walking routes around the park, including a part of the Pieterpad. You can take a trip with the Vechtzomp. There are also plenty of activities such as Wildlands Emmen, Slagharen, Plopsa Coevorden. There is an information folder in the chalet with various activities that you can undertake. Go for a nice walk, shop and refuel in Germany

Rates explanation
Starts from €76/ night for 6 person.
- Final cleaning is mandatory! costs €80 per stay
- After booking you must transfer 20% of the total amount within 7 days, the remainder must be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date
20 kWh per night is included in the price. and that the use above € 0.30 cents per kWh will be deducted from the deposit.
(obligatory) € 15.00 pp is linen package and € 1.95 p.p.p.n. is tourist tax and all prices are exclusive of 9% VAT.

Check-in & Check-out
Please report to the reception at the entrance of the park upon arrival. Two passes are waiting for you here. This gives you access to the park, the Chalet and various facilities in the main building.
Cancellation fees
- Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date completely free
- Cancellation up to 5 weeks before the arrival date 20% of the costs
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the arrival date 50% of the costs
- Cancellation up to 1 week before the arrival date 100% of the costs
Temporarily cancel free of charge due to coronavirus
If you are unable to stay in our chalet due to new official corona measures, you will be refunded your full costs.
