A Sauna on Hemp-hill
Description
A wooden house built in the fifties, same as A House in the Middle of Nothing, just that I can accommodate more than one guest/group at the same time. 100 km north from Rovaniemi close to the village of Lohiniva. 2,5 km to the shop and pub. There is also the possibility to stay at the riverside sauna cottage, but staying there requires some basic skills to keep the place warm and not to burn the place down.
We have a sauna, shower, WiFi and one toilet. There is also a washing machine for clothes and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We have a big kitchen and lots of appliances and I am also a chef by training. We usually cook together and share expenses.
In addition we have a cottage. The cottage is for hardy travelers who are OK with no running water and an outhouse for a toilet. The cottage is next to a big river and offers all year around fishing opportunities. The cottage itself has the space to house 4 people at once and also has a sauna, wood operated stove, and a
fireplace for heating. The sauna oven also heats the washing water.

- 60€ night for the cottage (houses 4 instructions and firewood included)
- 400€ for a ski expedition (2-4 persons, skiing in the wilderness
- according to ability and wishes, meals, snacks and guide included,
- expedition ends at the cottage where we organize a meal and sauna)
