Havumäki Ranch Villa is located in central Finland on top of a little hill. Beside peace and nature you can find there features like private "skateyard" skatepark and winter time snowyard snowboard park.
The space
Peace of nature. Ranch is located in the middle of woods. Perfect getaway from city hussle. And if you are into skateboarding or snowboarding this is something very unique.
Guest access
When you rent Havumäki Ranch you have access to everything on property. The whole villa and its surroundings will be only on your use.
Interaction with guests
If you have any guestions or problems you can contact me always. I live 10minutes away from the Ranch so I can get there very quikly if needed.
Other things to note
Allthough Havumäki Ranch is skate and snowboard villa you will enjoy it even if you aren´t a skateboarder or snowboarder. But if you are you will enjoy great 600m2 asphalt skateyard mainly designed by famous landscape architect Janne Saario. If you will come on wintertime you will be ripping our nice backyard snowpark in the woods. You can also find three little skiing centers under 30 minutes away.
The nearest airport is Jyväskylä Airport, 45 km from Havumäki Ranch.
