Description
The main building in Koskenäyräs is suitable for accommodation, meetings and celebrations or just for holiday purposes or for accommodation. Right next to the river is also situated separate river shore sauna and barbeque shelter. The villas yard is situated on its own privacy, but still close enough to the city of Kotka and it is easily reachable. Kymijoki river near the villa offers splendid possibilities for example fishing, whitewater rafting and exploring the nature. The villa is situated about 1,5 hour drive away from Helsinki and about 10 km from Kotka. For parties and celebrations the maximum amount of guests is 80 people and for holiday purposes the maximum amount of guests is 10 people.
On the first floor of the main building there are dining room, kitchen, living room, entryway, 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets, shower, sauna and dressing room. The kitchen is equipped with all the needed kitchen equipment, such as 2 ovens, stove, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven and tableware. On the second floor you can find 5 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, dressing room, lobby with a TV and sitting area. For small children there are childrens high chair and one baby cot in the villa.
In the yard there is also separate sauna building that can be separately rented if there are no other guests in the main building. The sauna building is situated only about few meters away from the beautiful Kymijoki river. The sauna building can fit 10-15 people simultaneously and it is perfect for both business purposes as for private gatherings. In the sauna building there are small kitchen, room with a fireplace, sitting room, dressing room and of course showers and sauna with both electric heated and wood heated sauna stoves. From the shoreline you can easily go for a swim in a bay that is suitable for swimming.
