The holiday house is located in a 1400 m² garden with 2 parking spaces. 

There are garden areas with seating around the house as well as a large barbecue and a small summer pavilion on the lawn. 

On the ground floor is the hallway, a shower room, the kitchen, the living / dining room as well as a utility room with washing machine and dryer. 

On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms of different sizes as well as a bath and a shower room. 

Since the holiday home is in second row, it is particularly quiet.

Particularly suitable for small groups or families up to 6 persons. 
Bicycle trips or trips to the countryside and the heathland are particularly suitable. Cities such as Celle and Hanover, but also Hamburg are within easy reach.

The city center Uelzens is about 1 km away, the weekly market on Wednesday and Saturday in the city center is a must as well as the flea markets in the summer. 

The indoor / outdoor swimming pool is only 500 m away, the Kanuanleger Ilmenau of the Uelzen canoeing club is 100 m along the road. 

A bridge leads to the Königsberg recreational area, with a jogging and tripping course. A trip to Lüneburg and Celle for strolling and sightseeing is just as much as the visit of the Heide.
