The Villa has been designed to perfectly fit the natural slopes and the lush vegetation of the cape.

Villa Susanna is both spacious and intimate.
The construction involves the use of many of the natural resources of the region with the finest Italian design. The choice of furnishings and the overwhelming magnificence of the dining table will leave indelible memories to the visitors. Perfect balance has been achieved in the use of natural and artificial light. The property enjoys sunlight from dawn to dusk, and boasts bird's eye view of unimaginable beauty sunsets.

Emerald Bay 

Emerald bay is the main building of the Villa, surrounded by beautiful plants. colorful flowers and a three acres natural garden leading to the rock walls facing the sea and leading down to the beach. This tractor is inspired by the best Caribbean architecture and reached with precious materials and decorations. Accessed from the driveway entrance by a majestic marble staircase, It is entirely surrounded by patios and verandahs. In front of the large swimming pool it is dedicated to the all activities of the day

Living 

It consists of the combination of elements coming from different parts of the world. along with teak roots wooden balls, colonial reuse tables and accessories collected during several trips. All are lighted by burnished metal balls illuminating the environment and creating a pleasant composition. Two large sofas offer a place to a large group of guests. Large sliding louvers open the view from inside to the swimming pool and the sea.

Dining 

In the dining room the large table is a single board made from the trunk of a Balinese oak resting on two blocks of Sardinian white granite. 16 people can be comfortably accommodated. A 40' golden parabola wall lamp provides a unique atmosphere. The bar is derived from a carpenter working table. Access to wide dining area is through the Wind Tower enriched by a Murano glass chandelier.

Kitchen 

A big emphasis has been given to the large Italian kitchen enhanced by a working island with Carrara marble top layer in its center; fully equipped with any kind of appliances. A long table with benches allow to have meals inside in front of the view of the ravishing southern coastline. A large fridge welcomes generous grocery shopping

BBQ 

Outside, a professional BBQ and a pizza oven represents the dream of those who enjoy cooking. A large table, sheltered by blue flowers wine pergola, gives the choice of enjoying meals outdoor, delighted by friendly local sparrow and tireless hummingbirds.

Pool and Gazebo 

Abordwalk crossing the living leads outside the pool and beyond to the big Sunset Gazebo overlooking the Caribbean sea. A reverting stairway enters theinfinity 65x32 ft pool and a built-in Jacuzzi. Tiled in yellow limestone it gives the water the same turquoise/emerald color of the close Trou Roland bay The Gazebo with a large round crystal table and comfortable wicker chairs is the perfect palce for toasting to the always breath-taking sunsets.

Belvedere Deck

 A must of the Villa, overlooking the gorge, this large deck is equipped with a Indonesian wide sofa canopy. A unique place to indulge romantic moments, From here the view extends over the whole horizon and the southern coastline.

Villa Susanna stands on one of the most spectacular sites of the island, on the southern cape of the entrance to Marigot Bay. Being oriented to southwest it is blessed by sunshine from dawn to dusk. • Separated from the Suite by a wet bar provided with a fridge, a sink, a table and comfortable chairs to enjoy privacy. It is perfect ambience for a quit reading or music listening; a large sofa can be transformed into a comfortable queen bed. Some paints of the famous artist Jag recall the serenity of island’s children. Attached bathroom color and paints counterbalance the beautiful outside balisier flowers. A private lawn aside facing the garden and a hammock offer a perfect resting spot.
  
• RED HELICONIA: It stays at the highest level of the villa. The wide sliding louvers and crystals open to the southern coastline and colorful garden. Wide king bed and furniture in New England  style offer a very special atmosphere. The white quartzite tiles of the bathroom are enlivened by a bevy of colorful butterflies in ceramic. Outside verandah with long-chairs, private patio and outdoor shower offer a perfect privacy as all the other rooms.
  
• RED HELICONIAL: Separated from the king bedroom by a wet bar provided with fridge, sink and a table with comfortable chairs to enjoy light breakfast or tea privately. Inside two beds face the private kaleidoscopic garden. Bathroom is inspired to the nature and the granite of the island and underwater life by a variety of colorful tropical ceramic fish. A side lawn surrounded by heliconias and a suspended chair are oriented to the breathtaking lush vegetation of the hill easterly of the villa.
  
• WHITE FRANGIPANI: The opening large louvers give access to the balcony and wide sun terrace. Its hammock and long chairs are the best private place for tanning under tropical sun blessed by the constant western breeze. Stunning view over the surrounding hills and below the bay that blinks among the trees in front. Inside furnishing is inspired to local market and sellers, while the bathroom echoes the outside colorful flowers.
  
• WHITE FRANGIPANI: The front view from the twin bedroom is captured by the flowers of the tall Gumiers and wild Frangipani trees. The full white color of the bedroom perfectly  combines with the turquoise enameled tiles of the bathroom, where the walls are enlivened by an animated school of ceramic fish. An outside little patio and shower offer privacy to this lovely room.
  
• TRAVELER'S PALM: A further queen bed apartment is part of the main building, making short access to the living and the kitchen. It takes its name from the magnificent crown of the traveler palm outside the balcony. A little entrance separates the room from the bathroom, rejoiced by colorful painted tin geckos. • Our nice housekeepers will accompany you for all the day, without noticing them. They will take care of daily preparing rooms and letting the entire house clean and in order.
• The highly efficient Managers of Villa Susanna and our staff will be constantly available for any need, watching without you notice, to make your stay flawless.
• The housekeeper will take care to get your nen replaced every three days. In case you wish your laundry washed and dried, consider this service under request.
• A personal chef is included, from Mon to Fr for breakfast and lunch. In case of need for week-ends or dinner also, the service is charged separately. Please ask. 
• In Marigot Bay there is a Spa that would be glad to welcome the guests offering them special care. Service at guests charge.
• A professional BBQ will be the delight of those guest enjoying cooking. Need to be acquainted with the use of this device gas propane equipped. 
• Upon request, our Manager can check and provide a car or a minivan for those wishing to visit the many beauties of St Lucia. Service at guests' charge.

Deep sea fishing with our professional fisherman/skipper will warranty you fantastic catch!
Water sports rowing or sailing means and snorkeling devices are provided to fully enjoy the beautiful bay of Marigot.

Red Sunset Motorboat

A powerful 33ft Day Cruiser 2x275 HP is offered by Villa Susanna to its guest. Twice a week, preferably on Tue and Thu, our skipper will be happy to get you on board to discover the beauties of the coastline. Enjoy the scenery as you cruise into the sunset and stunning bay views! Usage and skipper free of charge. Fuel at guests' charge.

Deep Sea Fishing

You will get a great exclusive fun with our boat “Red Sunset” perfectly equipped for deep sea fishing. Ask our skipper to go for half a day fishing in the generous St. Lucia offshore waters. Our skipper, a magic fisherman, will take you to the best sites he knows. It is almost impossible to miss an exciting catch with him. Be prepared for a rich BBQ that night!

Hobie Cat

For those acquainted with wind and sails, Hobie Cat is just the exciting way to enjoy the lagoon of Marigot Bay, its entrance bay and possibly the outside open sea. The constant breeze from North East will quite always offer you the power to your sail, blowing you in a while to the outer waters and will enable you to improve your tacking skills.

Kayak

Some kayaks are available. This is an amazing way to discover and “touch”, alone or with your friends, the stunning beauties of Marigot Bay, the cape rocky walls, the Trou Rolland bay side of Villa Susanna, or even proceed to the close-by large sandy wild beach of Roseau. Here, under request, it is possible to combine kayaking with horse riding (paying).

Snorkeling Gears

Saint Lucia is well reputed for the rich underwater life. Colorful fish and amazing pot shape corals will offer you another experience of our beautiful island. You do not need to go far away for enjoying snorkeling, it is enough to swim in the bay or along the coast around the Villa garden and its secluded Trou Roland bay. For those wishing to dive, a professional Diving Center is located in Marigot Bay.

Sup

“Walking” over the waters while smiling and chatting with your friends is a unique experience. The inside lagoon of Marigot Bay without waves is the perfect place to paddle around. In case you wish to challenge your sense of balance, you can exit the lagoon through the waveless channel and proceed along the shore to reach the Trou Rolland beach where you will relax joining your crew that will welcome you with a tasty BBQ.
