Advance payment is required for our security as a confirmation that the guest will come to an agreed schedule. It amounts to 25 percent of the total amount. Rest is payable on arrival time. Arrival of new guests in the afternoon. Departure is in the morning until 10 o'clock in the morning. Residential tax is included in price.
