Independent Flat in a 1st floor, very near Lisbon Cathedral & S. Jorge Castle; Bedroom + sitting room + WC +Kitchenette. Lots of light, AC and electrical heating, comfortable & silent. Public elevator & garage nearby. Daily cleaning available as extra. The building has a porter and two elevators and all our 3 flats have been refurbished and redecorated recently. They are now equipped with double windows for noise protection, electrical heating and portable AC units.

The flats are very comfortable and come with the usual amenities. . Guests are welcome to use the whole flat as if it was their own. Access to the flats, located at the first floor is by the stairs or one of the two elevators located at the Rua das Pedras Negras 61 entrance. In case of need, you may also use the Hostel 4U entrance at Rua da Madalena 96. The flats are near all public transports and a public garage is at 50 meters distance. From Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 16:00, the person responsible for the flats maintenance can be found at the washing & dry downstairs. In case of its unavailability, you may require assistance 24/24 at the Hostel 4U reception, next door.

Getting Around Our building is located downtown Lisbon, in the corner of Rua da Madalena 96 and Rua das Pedras Negras 61. You may come by car, taxi or walking, upon arriving by train, metro (Station Baixa-Chiado), tram or bus
