La Gemmazza, originally Villa Fabiana, is a residence built in 1990 and located in Monasteri in the Syracuse area, 4 km from the town of Floridia. Both the villa and the 10,000 m2 park that surrounds it have been substantially modified compared to the original construction.
There are three guest rooms inside the villa and one inside the "Nica", a bright studio apartment equipped with a French bed and with separate access but always adjacent to the villa.
Space
The villa is located at the "foot of the Iblei Mountains" surrounded by orange and olive groves. Inside the park there are different varieties of palm trees and succulents. There are four guest rooms and all furnished with taste and sobriety. With separate access you enter the "A' Nica" bright studio apartment equipped with a French bed and kitchenette. Stone, wallpaper and refinement of the materials used make this space small (Nicu) but extremely comfortable.The villa is surrounded by a large park of 10,000 metres. Your children will be able to admire a small colony of Vitenamese pigs as well as rabbits, Peruvian guinea pigs, deer and goats.
You will find a relaxing and welcoming place at any time of the day, where families are welcome.
