Casa del Roccolo
Description
Marino Fantelli began this adventure with great courage and intuition in 1973 building a small house to live with his family, opening a small hairdressing salon run by his wife Antonietta and arranging some apartments to rent to the first tourists who came to Folgarida.
Marino, hard worker now retired, ski instructor in winter and barber in summer, motorbike enthusiast, passed on the love for this land, for their work and for sport to his sons Lorenzo and Daniele.
Both have thus carried on parents' craft becoming in turn hairdressers. Lorenzo has also become ski and snowboard instructor, Daniele mountain bike instructor.
Casa del Roccolo is located in Folgarida, main ski resort of Val di Sole. Casa del Roccolo is placed next to "Azzurra" ski slope and this allows, starting directly from the apartment with the skis on, to get to "Folgarida" cableway.
Folgarida also belongs to the biggest ski area of Trentino, the new "Ski area Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Val di Sole Val Rendena". Staying at Casa del Roccolo you can cover over 150 km of slopes with the skis on and reach, with only one skipass, 60 ski lifts that link Val di Sole to Val Rendena and the three most beloved and prestigious ski areas: Folgarida Marilleva, Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo.
