Description
We, the Holzer family, live on the Premstlahof farm with our 3 children and grandpa Sepp. Together we do the work at the farm with 4 cows, young animals, calves, sheep, goats, chickens,
pigs, dogs and cats
Approximately 4.5 hectares of steep meadows are mowed twice a year. In order to be able to harvest this valuable fodder for the winter, our cattle and sheep are taken to the valley’s alpine pastures in summer. We thus have more time to work in the steep meadows and to clean the cowshed thoroughly.

“Lärchenstube apartment” 2 people 120 € per night
“Premstlahof holiday home” 2-4 people from 150 € per night
“Premstlahof chalet” 2-6 people from 200 € per night
€20.00/night for each additional person
These are basic prices. We will be pleased to send you a non-binding offer according to the number of people/children, season and length of stay.
For short stays of 2-3 nights, we charge a supplement of €50.00 for the final cleaning.
Minimum stay:
2 nights from October to May
6 nights from June to September

Sauna:
Our small sauna can be used individually by all guests by arrangement.

Washing machine:
The washing machine, the dryer and the drying rack can be used by arrangement in the laundry next to the sauna.
Washing machine: 8 € per wash cycle
Dryer: 8 €
Visitor’s tax:
The visitor’s tax of 1.55 euros per guest and night is levied by the accommodation providers. The amount of this municipal fee depends on the category of the accommodation business. Children and young people under the age of 14 are exempt from the fee. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
Payments:
Unfortunately, card payments are not possible.
The limit for cash payments is constantly changed by the Italian legislator. You can find information about the limit for cash payments on the booking confirmation.
The booking confirmation also includes information about bank transfers.
Arrival/departure:
Every day, preferably from Monday to Saturday.
On the day of your arrival, your accommodation will be available from 3 p.m.
On departure day, we kindly ask you to empty your room by 9:00 a.m.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is only permitted outside, but not in the courtyard.
Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks before your arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking price. In the event of short-term cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire price. We ask for your understanding and recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance (“Red Rooster Cancellation Protection”).
Sustainability:
-Use of natural materials such as wood, reclaimed wood, stone
-Electricity from renewable energies (hydroelectric power and photovoltaic)
– Drinking water: own spring and farm products to avoid plastic packaging and long transport routes
– Observe waste separation, use the offered bins and the compost bin
