The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and living room. Outside there is a large garden of about 100 square meters furnished in style with swimming pool and BBQ. The house has heating divided into floors so it is also ideal for the winter months.

The property is located in the town of Palagnana in the municipality of Stazzema in the upper Versilia.

The place is very quiet and you can enjoy a wonderful silence and a beautiful view of the mountains from the garden towards the unspoiled nature.

It is ideal for families with children and for mountain lovers in summer looking for relaxation and long walks through multiple trekking routes to discover the true NATURE.
