The excellent location of the apartment: Only 250 meters from our apartments begins a series of beaches starting at the hotel beach of Ilirija and Adriatic, and continues on the pebble beach Dražica to the sandy bay of Soline. The beaches stretch along the beautifully designed promenade, and are equipped with all possible amenities. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and snack bars, booth stalls, fast food, shops, and booths and souvenir booths. There are various types of services available on the beach, such as an outdoor massage, animation for adults and children, hire of scooters, pedal boats, canoes and boats, and enjoyment of numerous water sports and fun activities. There is a large water slide at Drazica beach, along with a diving club. The beaches are equipped with changing cabins and showers, and loungers and parasols can be rented. Due to the gradual approach to the sea, the shade and numerous beach contents are perfect for families with children, and the access for people with disabilities is also arranged. The Blue Flag has been awarded on Dražica Beach since 2006, which confirms the orderliness, cleanliness and quality.

I am a pensioner, a former athlete, a fan of water sports, still active in sailing. I participate in local regattas with my own 32-foot sailboat and I am happy to teach sailing skills, so I will gladly take my guests to the sea and teach them the basics of sailing.

Biograd is ideally positioned as the center of the riviera of the Adriatic coast and the Dalmatian nautical paradise. If there is a place on the Adriatic coast to visit and explore because of its beauty, ideal position, harmony, cordial people and proximity to the most important Croatian national parks, as well as the protected nature areas, then that is certainly Biograd na Moru. It is located in the bay of Pašman, 25 km south of Zadar with its beautiful beaches, pine forests and sunbathing coves. What makes Biograd na Moru an exceptional destination is its natural environment, close to the Kornati National Park, the Krka National Park, and the Vransko Lake Nature Park - an ornithological reserve, a rich sport fishing area, interesting canoes and birdwatchers.The newly built Funpark Mirnovec is only 4 km away, and within 10km there are a number of family farms with an excellent offer of homemade olive oils, cheeses, prosciutto and top wines where I can take you as desired.
