The large infinity pool is an ideal place to relax while sipping a cocktail prepared by our barmen and enjoying the priceless view; at the same time it's the place for delightful evening events and music.

The Restaurant Podere Pansera, with an indoor dining room characterized by large windows and an outdoor terrace that extends towards the pool, offers delicious regional dishes combined with international flavors, with a special attention to the presentation, made with quality ingredients from property’s production and Zero-Km. To complete the gastronomic proposal: the opportunity to taste a pizza prepared in a traditional and skilful way by the pizzaiolo Antonio Chiaravalloti, and aperitifs with local product tasting served on the terrace.

There is a dedicated playground for children, located in a strategic position to ensure the relaxation of guests. For the most curious ones, they can see and learn about the animals of the property such as chickens, goats, turkeys and horses.

Located on a hill overlooking the Golfo degli Aranci, Relais Agriturismo Podere Pansera enjoys an enviable panoramic position surrounded by thirteen hectares of olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The accommodations have been built with respect for the surrounding environment, and is perfectly integrated into the territory so as to create an oasis of peace beyond time without forgetting the comforts of today. The twelve units have been designed for the well-being of the visitors: large living rooms with fully equipped kitchenette where you can enjoy the conviviality, comfortable rooms with spacious wardrobes; so you don't have to sacrifice your wardrobe choices, independent outdoor spaces to enjoy the spectacular sunsets with sea view. It is an oasis of peace that allows you to return to a slower pace of life and to enjoy simple yet unique things: the landscapes of our hills, the beautiful Ionian Sea, a glass of wine to sip at sunset, dine al fresco tasting our extra virgin olive oil and fresh tomatoes from our garden or simply take refuge in one of our rooms and fall asleep with the sounds of the nature of the sorrounding area.

RESTAURANT PODERE PANSERA

The Podere Pansera Restaurant offers rich menus inspired by Calabrian cuisine and expertly revisited by our chef Giovanni Chiaravalloti, using organic products from our garden and our farming. It is the ideal destination for lovers of good food: a perfect place for a dinner in a romantic and elegant setting, as well as for dinners with friends, for receptions and banquets. The restaurant offers a wide range of menu of both meat and fish dishes and a wide choice of delicious pizzas, prepared by our pizzaiolo Antonio Chiaravalloti. The bread and breadsticks are produced daily by us. The restaurant also offers light and tasty menus for breakfast and business lunches, offering genuine dishes, prepared selecting the best ingredients according to the seasonality. All dishes are seasoned with our olive oil, which comes from the cold pressing of certified organic olives directly in our mill. In addition to the menu with the house specialties, every week our chef proposes new dishes based on seasonality and available products. For the children the kitchen is available to freshly prepare dishes to their liking.

INFINITY POOL

The wonderful infinity pool is surrounded by the verdant Calabrian hills beyond which you can admire the blue sea that bathes the Costa degli Aranci. It is the ideal place for those who love relaxing in the sun. Drinks and light dishes are offered at the restaurant by the pool. The pool is, open every day from 10:00 to 18:00, it is equipped with showers and deckchairs and it will remain open from June to the end of October if the season permits.

FAMILIES & CHILDREN

The location of our agriturismo, surrounded by nature but at the same time located a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea, is perfect for a family holiday. Also, this year the beaches of Calabria have obtained 18 green flags, an award given by almost 200 pediatricians to municipalities with: sandy beaches and shallow waters that allow children to play in absolute safety with dedicated equipment; adequate and large spaces between the umbrellas; recreational opportunities for parents; presence of lifeguards; and the bars, restaurants and clubs in vicinity to meet needs of children. Among the recommended beaches is that of Santa Caterina of Ionio Marina, Soverato and Squillace. Our surrounding area is ideal to find peace and to relax among the unspoiled nature while children are free to run around on the huge green lawn, have fun in the pool or at the playground with swings and slide. Moreover, inside the agriturismo, we have many animals that, both adults and children, can admire: turkeys, chickens, pigeons, geese, ducks; it is a real unforgettable experience for everyone, especially for those who don't get to see this often!

FARM

As soon as you arrive at the property, Stella and Ciuciù, our beautiful horses, will welcome you. On the farm, there are also other small farm animals, such as chickens, laying hens, turkeys, ducks and guinea fowl, which they enjoy a large fenced portion of woodland for free-range farming. In the farm we breed calves and pigs fed in a totally natural way. Moreover, in our estate, on the top of the hill, which can also be reached by foot after a short uphill walk, you can discover the famous black pigs of Calabria, a unique breed born from a cross between a pink and a black pig. The Calabrian Black Pig breed risked extinction because, for many years the focus was on a more productive, non-native and cheaper breeds. In fact, the breeding of this type of pig is in a semi-wild state, in contact with the surrounding territory that offers them shelter and natural nourishment.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

Located at an altitude of about 300 meters, the property covers 14 hectares, 7 of which are intended for olive groves and the remaining part, with the aim of preserving the typical biodiversity of the area, has been left to forest where you can find many tree species typical of the Mediterranean scrub of Calabria. Our olive grove consists of about 1300 trees and we have obtained the certification of organic product for our olives. The farm can boast the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained by cold pressing the olives directly from our mill. In the spring and until October, we produce from our own garden different types of vegetable: beetroot, green bean, red and white potato, garlic, zucchini, eggplant, tomato, aromatic herb, melon and various types of salad. The vegetable garden is essential for our agriturismo as the ingredients are directly harvested here offering our guests quality products with unique flavors and scents that only the KM0 products can offer. We have also dedicated a space for bee hives for the production of honey.
