Podstrana Riviera is the most beautiful part of Dalmatian coast and there you can explore the beach bars and restaurants. You are only 5km from the famous town Split with great history and 18 km from Omiš and Cetina river with many activities, and you would be welcomed by and very friendly host Mirjana that can help with organizing activities in this area.
The outdoor area offers a private and heated swimming pool 8,5m x 3,6m, an outdoor shower, 6 deck chairs and covered outdoor dining area together with a lounge area next to it. Directly approachable from the kitchen and living room. On the other side, there is a corner for your youngest with a slide and some toys.
The ground floor offers a fully airconditioned open space living and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with direct exit to the outdoor dining area, living room with a flat-screen TV, comfy sofa and direct exit to a pool area. There is also a Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a TV. A separate family toilet with washing machine.
An internal, wooden staircase takes you on the first floor level with two more bedrooms. Bedroom No 2 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm + sofa that can open into 160cm x 200cm bed, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a TV, a PS4 and a balcony. There is also a Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower, a corner for reading with sofa and a balcony with pool and sea views.

Rates explanation
Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 20:00, and departure is until 10:00.
Booking deposit is 30%.
Deposit in case of damage is 300 €.
Cancellation Policy: If a guest wishes to cancel a reservation, the Home Owner may retain:
- 30% of the total amount of the reservation if canceled 7 days after payment of the deposit, up to 60 days before the check-in date
- 50% of the total booking price if canceled 60-30 days before the check-in date
- 100% of the total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to check-in date
- The guest can cancel free of charge within 7 days after payment of the reservation deposit (the owner fully refunds)
