Our house is located in the ski area on the plateau of Sölden, in a quiet, sunny location, with stunning views of the Ötztal mountains. On foot you reach the center in about 8 minutes and in winter the ski bus stops next to our guesthouse, our comfortable rooms provide the guests with peace and comfort. Here you will find traditional Tyrolean friendliness and hospitality!

Sölden - Hiking wonder, the fascination of the distant and a thousand dreams in the valley
As the center of the 67 km long Ötztal Sölden (1377 -3058 m) is the ideal starting point for countless mountain experiences of the temperate and the extreme kind. For active athletes, for families, for connoisseurs. A network of beautiful hiking trails spans the Mecca of summer activities. It runs through a picture-book landscape of forests and pastures, peppered with rustic huts and snack stations. Cable car hiking is the latest trend to reach the highest peaks in no time.
The winter in the back and the summer in view: behind us, the color white, as far as the eye can see. Eternal ice of the glacier. Deep green alpine meadows spread out before us, colorfully dotted with fragrant flowers, dancing butterflies and bubbling mountain streams. In four hours we will overcome 900 vertical meters on the newly created high alpine panorama trail from the Fuue des Tiefenbachferner in 2,800 meters altitude in Sölden to the legendary mountain village of Vent (1,900 m). Hardly any hiking route is lined with so many highlights as the 10,400-meter trail, which offers a spectacular view of the Ötztal and Stubai Alps. Around 250 three-thousanders form the entire mountain range of the Ötztal Alps, 60 of which are over 3,400 meters high.

Ötztal is saddle-fast when it comes to mountain biking - from the Inn to the Timmelsjoch
The Ötztal offers a wide range of biking trails. Whether on the wrong track or on gentle tours in the valley, challenging paths wait up to 3,000 m. Among connoisseurs of matter hard announced is the Ötztal Mountain Bike Trail with a total length of 135.6 kilometers. Starting in Haiming-Ochsengarten at 670 meters at the entrance to the valley, this route climbs to a dizzying 2,400-meter altitude at the foot of the Gurgler Fern. Without a doubt a dream tour from the Blue Inn to the eternal ice of the glacier. Who does not count to the hardboys, can choose a piece of this tour? depending on ability or condition.

- Children are welcome! If you would like to accommodate your offspring in the parents' room, we will reduce the price for the child by 20 to 50 percent.
- You can foresee that you arrive after 19.00 o'clock? Then we kindly ask for your notification in order to be able to receive you warmly.
- For the benefit of our guests, pets are not allowed.
- Before your arrival we would like to inform you that we do not accept credit cards.
- For your security (seriousness), the General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply at Villa Dorothee .
- A binding booking also includes a deposit. This is calculated per room.
- Cancellations can always occur. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can not start your holiday. We try to be accommodating - however, should the room remain vacant due to your short notice cancellation, we charge the following cancellation fees: Up to 2 months before arrival we do not charge any cancellation fees. For cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged. Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival will be charged with 70% and in the last week before arrival with 90%.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we unfortunately have to charge the whole package price.
